MIR Society Shipping Policy

MIR Society products are made to order through our production partner. Orders begin production after payment is received.
Processing and Production
Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and production partner. Any available estimated timeframe will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
If no shipping timeframe is displayed, we expect orders to ship within 30 days of receiving the order. If an unexpected delay prevents us from meeting the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated timeframe and available options.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, products, and shipping method selected.
Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Address changes are not guaranteed after production has started or the order has shipped.
If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Delays and Delivery Issues
Delivery times may be affected by production delays, carrier delays, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier first and then contact us so we can help review the issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
