How does made-to-order work?

Every piece is produced after you place your order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 7–12 business days before your order ships. This keeps waste down and quality up.

How long until my order ships?

Allow 7–12 business days for production, plus transit time on top. You'll get tracking as soon as your order leaves.

How much is shipping?

U.S. standard shipping is $8. Express and international rates are shown at checkout. We do not currently offer free shipping.

What is your return / exchange policy?

All sales are final for change of mind, wrong size, color, or fit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

How do MIR Society fits run?

Our cuts are oversized and boxy by design. Choose your usual size for the intended fit — check the size guide for exact garment measurements before ordering.
